The Struggle Mantra

Our world can never be guaged on the scale of absoluteness as every fact is circumvallated by varying opinions. Likewise, there are no permanant friends or foes, joys or sorrows, and even love or hate in real life. Perhaps it's a complex puzzle to go around, where one strives to make one's way out only to find oneself at square zero in the end.

Ostensibly, our lives are a combination of short stories being woven into a bigger story. Every changing moment is a scene in our respective stories and is forgotten as soon as the moment becomes irrelevant. We are often too busy in living our moments to make a difference in the bigger story. That's how humankind is engineered.

Basing on experience, the turn of events in a man's life form the crux of his personality. Someone who has been brought up in a convenient environment would see life as a positive undertaking. On the contrary, someone, who has tackled negativity wholethrough one's life, would hardly see positivity in the surrounding world. Exceptions are also most likely in both the cases however general trends may vindicate these seemingly tendentious assertions. Breaking loose from impositions or negating stereotypes requires struggle - a hard struggle.

It is seen that living with a particular perspective in today's world is like trekking on an unceasing uphill hike. The more you garner the urge to reach to the top, the greater the effort you will have to invest. After a while, however, the summit might not seem unsurmountable, provided you remain steadfast. Likewise, there are numerous hardships that one has to face while having a particular perspective, like bearing the brunt of antagonists and explaining one's views earnestly to everyone - no matter how illogically or ruthlessly they would brush them aside. The stauncher you become in your views, the harder it would get for you to realise your goal into a pragmatic reality. But once you get a little recognition for the task you are up to, you can anticipate moving in bigger strides.

What we need to understand is that no one enjoys the absolute abundance of anything in this struggle-ridden world. No one can succour absolute friendships or animosities; neither can someone claim absolute heath and wealth. No one can contest for absolute power either. We are too weak and genuinly meak to foster such claims. So, should we stop dreaming altogether? Should the vigour of attaining perfection be thrown to the winds? No; probably that's not the right way. The answer is: for a man is what he strives for.

If we take it as a reference for our daily lives, we will come to know that it holds good in every walk of life. Be it the most important matters of our lives or the most trivial ones, the instant karma reaches us quite conveniently. As the proverb, evil breeds evil or the saying, as you sow, so shall you mow, signify that we are bound by laws of nature to struggle. Laws of nature are like the confines of our activity ground where we are free to act as per our choices but we will have to bear the consequences of our deeds - however good or bad.

So it becomes clear that we live in a world where accuracy is not viable. We owe so much to our ambient environment that we start to behave exactly the way the environment is set. It is hard enough to live with a particular idea of life for so many factors cause a drag upon the novel ideas and it can only be overcome through consistency of effort. While no such thing as absoluteness persists in our world, therefore attaining a classical saturation point is not possible. The only thing in a man's dominion is struggle for that is the essence of human life. Struggle makes us what we want to be.
